This classic is served with chicken in asparagus sauce. Ca. 500 gr. of homemade filling. The freshly baked tartlet shell is baked exclusively for the Echo Valley House by Baker Dam in Aakirkeby.
In this rustic homemade dish one can come across some chicken bone or cartilage.

Chicken in homemade curry dressing served with bacon, asparagus, apple, onions and lettuce. Please note the ingredients are pre-mixed and cannot be separated during preparation.

GENLYDS FISH-LET

The "cousin" to our “Tart-let”. Shrimp and hot smoked salmon are the main ingredients in this tribute to the sea around us. There is a guarantee of feeling replete, even if it is not nearly as bombastic as its other cousin: “chicken-in-asparagus". Asparagus, fresh salad, caviar and dressing accompany the salmon and shrimp. The dish is served cold.

We advise that it is not allowed to consume food and beverages of all kinds brought into the café area. Except for infants formula (for under 2 year olds).
